Everland

Still trying to catch up!  I guess we were busy in May, but it was good busy!  As I was looking through my pictures tonight to figure out what to post about next, I found these crazy pictures of Collin.  I have no idea how he made these, but I'm guessing it was something on the iPad.  He is such a nut!

Anyway, a few weeks ago, we discovered a new play place in Buford...Everland.  We went on a Sunday afternoon and didn't really plan on staying long.  The kids played for 2.5 hours nonstop.  I had to make them stop for a snack.  We were so sad when Imaginations at Play in Buford closed.  This place is a cross between that and Catch Air/Monkey Joes.  We will definitely be going back this summer!

Disney on Ice

Collin went on his first and only field trip this month to Disney on Ice!!  All parents had the opportunity to go but no siblings.  I didn't want Katelyn to miss out on seeing Tinkerbell and Ariel, so I bought her and Aunt Kandace a ticket separately.  I think they had a great time together!

Petting Farm

Katelyn's preschool has a petting farm each year. She's always loved animals so I think it's one of her favorite days!

Her favorite...goats!  We pass a farm with goats every morning and afternoon on the way to Collin's school and she always looks to see if they are out eating.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Really late, but I've got to catch up!  For Mike's (35th!) birthday, on April 19, we had a relaxing weekend at home.  The weather was great and it was nice not to have anywhere we had to be.  

Collin was so super excited about getting Daddy "exactly what he wanted" for his birthday, so I had to go along with it and let him get it.

That night, we went to the "taco place" for dinner and they gave him this yummy dessert.  I missed the picture with the sombrero and the singing, but it was pretty funny. 

We gave him a hammock for his birthday and enjoyed the backyard all weekend!

Katelyn has officially graduated from the baby swing!

Touch A Truck

We love the library.  We go at least every other week to check out books, movies, and cds and to play the computers and puppets.  They also have lots of kids activities at our library.  Collin got a hold of the activity calendar so we've been a lot lately!  They love to go and do the crafts (just today, we made Star Wars Origami!) and attend storytime.  They especially love Kids and Kritters when the humane society comes for storytime and brings a special guest. 

A few Saturdays ago, they had "Touch A Truck" where kids could climb on and get inside lots of different vehicles.
